The Recon package is a set of three of Ragnar Shield’s most popular one-off services, selected to give you a complete, first-person view of your company’s security from three key perspectives – technology, regulation and people.

Cyber Monitoring and Scanning ($249 value)

Automatic scan of one domain's infrastructure - websites, web applications, server configurations, SSL certificates, basic verification of email configurations (SPF/DKIM/DMARC). Two separate reports: Executive Summary for management (PLN threats) and Technical Analysis for IT.

Regulatory Compliance Report with one regulation of your choice (value 499 PLN)

Full report of the company's compliance with one selected regulation - NIS2, DORA, EU AI Act or RODO. Each identified non-compliance documented with a quote from the act, with financial risk valuation. Contextual survey completed online - 15-30 minutes of your time, report ready in 48 hours.

OSINT and Security of Persons - analysis of 1 person (value PLN 99)

Full OSINT profile of one key person (usually CEO, CFO or someone with access to critical systems). Analysis of public data, leak databases, dark net for phishing and spear phishing vulnerabilities. Report with specific recommendations for protection.

Process in 3 steps

Ordering and scoping (10 minutes)

After purchase, you provide: the company’s domain for the scan, the selected regulation for the compliance report (NIS2 / DORA / RODO / EU AI Act), the data of the person for OSINT analysis (yourself or another person with appropriate consent).

All three analyses in 48 hours

Cyber Monitoring starts immediately (report in 48h). Compliance report requires completion of a contextual survey (15-30 minutes of your time, report in 48h after completion). OSINT launches immediately (report in 48h). All reports appear in the customer panel as they are ready.

Executive Briefing

After all three analyses are completed, we prepare a summary Executive Briefing – a synthesis of the findings in 4 pages. You receive it in the client panel as a supplement to the three detailed reports.

Who this package is for

The Recon package is ideal for companies taking a conscious approach to cybersecurity for the first time – or the first time they want to do it decently, based on specific data rather than a general “I think we’re secure.” Highly recommended prior to certification verification, prior to an investment round (data room for VCs), prior to signing a large contract with a corporate client requiring evidence of vendor security, or simply once a year as a standard management practice.

Limitations of the package

The package includes three specific services in specific variants (1 domain, 1 regulation, 1 person). Extension of the scope (additional domains, more regulations, more people) requires a separate order. The package is implemented on a one-time basis – it is not a subscription. Services from the package must be activated within 60 days of purchase (i.e. run a scan, fill out a survey and indicate a person to OSINT). After this period, unused elements of the package expire – there is no refund for unused services. The deadline was set so that the overall diagnosis would maintain temporal consistency – three reports done at six-month intervals would lose the value of synchronous evaluation.
